The project was attended by local administration officials from four regions: Guria, Imereti, Kakheti, and Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti. Their involvement, with the support of the Polish experts, resulted in professional presentations of the Georgian regions, i.e., investment promotion plans and proposals of investment offers of individual municipalities. A good practices manual was also written to help the local administration with designing investment promotion plans for a region or municipality, promotional activities, and related tools. Likewise, investor service guidelines were drafted for use by all four regions included in the project.

Training sessions held during the project were attended by 30 Georgian administrative officials whose routine duties include promoting investments on regional or local level.

A measurable outcome of the project was the support granted to the Georgian administration in establishing Regional Investment Promotion Centres. Such centres had been provided for in the Pilot Integrated Regional Development Programme for Guria, Imereti, Kakheti, and Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti for the years 2020-2022. In addition, the municipal office in Akhmet (Kakheti region) will see the establishment of an investor service department, while young people from the city participated in designing a logo for the municipality.
