From 22 to 26 September 2025, Moldovan mid-level and senior officials involved in the preparation process for Moldova's accession negotiations are attending training courses at the College of Europe in Natolin.

The PolTAC@Natolin project aims to extend the knowledge and strengthen the skills of Moldovan experts as part of Moldova’s preparations for the EU accession. Funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the Polish Aid programme, the project is implemented by the College of Europe in Natolin in cooperation with the Solidarity Fund PL.

From May to December 2025, Polish experts engaged in the PolTAC@Natolin project will share their expertise and Polish experiences of the accession negotiations process with Moldovan officials. 28 key officials involved in Moldova's preparations for EU membership are participating in the PolTAC@Natolin project.

During the ongoing 5-day training session in Natolin, representatives of the Moldovan administration are getting acquainted with European Union's economic and monetary policy. Training courses on selected legal issues and EU policies addressed to Moldovan officials are a new initiative of the Polish Aid programme – that consists of 3 modules in 2025, two of which take place in Warsaw and one - addressed to a wider audience – in Chișinău.

In her opening speech, Zuzanna Kierzkowska, Deputy Director of the Department of Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, addressed the participants with these words: "Ahead of you lie days of intensive work, knowledge sharing, and practical workshops. I am convinced that this will be a fruitful and inspiring time. For anyone committed to Europe’s future, the College of Europe in Natolin is a perfect place to acquire knowledge and understanding of the EU laws and practices.".
