Who can become a Polish Aid volunteer?

To become a volunteer you must:

  • be over 18 years of age and hold Polish citizenship,
  • have completed secondary education;
  • speak the language of the recipient country or another language that enables communication in the community in which you intend to work,
  • have no medical restrictions preventing you from participating in a given volunteering project abroad,
  • draft a volunteering project together with a non-governmental organisation.

All additional requirements regarding volunteers’ competences are governed by the specific needs of the receiving organisation and are defined on an individual basis.
