Individuals seeking refugee status are under special protection. The foreigner’s details based on which it is possible to determine whether:

  1. the procedure of granting international protection or suspension of a refugee status or subsidiary protection, is in process or has ended,
  2. the foreigner has been granted or refused the refugee status,
  3. the foreigner has been granted or refused subsidiary protection

– may not be made available nor gained from entities supposed to be acting as persecutors or causing severe harm.
