Discussions on the Multiannual Financial Framework and the shape of the Common Agricultural Policy post-2027 were the major topics of the meeting with the Eastern European members of the European organisation Farm Europe, which was held on 4 November 2025 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Joint measures for the development of trade in agricultural products, elimination of administrative barriers and promotion of Polish food on Central Asian markets - these are the major topics of talks between the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture Jacek Czerniak and the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Zhalgasbayev.

The Common Agricultural Policy after 2027, the situation on agricultural markets following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the arrangements regarding next year's fishing in the Baltic Sea and proposals for solving problems related to the implementation of the EUDR were the major topics of the two-day (27-28 October 2025) meeting of the EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council (AGRIFISH) in Luxembourg. The Polish delegation was chaired by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Stefan Krajewski. In the matters of fisheries, the Secretary of State Jacek Czerniak took the floor.

The exchange of experiences in the field of innovative techniques improving the efficiency and profitability of farms, as well as talks on sustainable development programmes, support for trade interests and development of export opportunities of producers - these are the most important topics of the meeting between the Undersecretary of State Adam Nowak and the representatives of the U.S. Sustainability Alliance (USSA) that was held on 16 October 2025 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Stefan Krajewski met with Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Republic of Poland in the Kingdom of Morocco Tomasz Orłowski. The meeting was an opportunity to summarise the visit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests of the Kingdom of Morocco Ahmed El Bouari and the accompanying delegation to Poland. The visit was held on 15-17 September. Today's discussion also focused on the prospects of intensifying Polish-Moroccan relations in the coming year.

Secretary of State Jacek Czerniak met with the Ambassador of the Argentine Republic, Alicia Irene Falkowski, who is completing her diplomatic mission in Poland. The discussion focused on the potential for strengthening bilateral cooperation, particularly in the agri-food sector. The meeting took place on 29 September at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

On 30 September 2025, Secretary of State Jacek Czerniak attended the Our Baltic Conference. The event, organised jointly by Commissioner for Fisheries and Oceans Costas Kadis and Commissioner for Environment Jessika Roswall, was held in Stockholm. The conference was an opportunity to exchange experiences aimed at developing a holistic approach to management of the Baltic Sea ecosystem.

The support for Polish food producers interested in exporting to the Republic of Korea and measures aimed at expanding access to this market for Polish agri-food products are the major objectives of the visit paid by Undersecretary of State Adam Nowak to the Republic of Korea, which was held on 24-26 September 2025. Deputy Minister Nowak was accompanied by the Chief Veterinary Officer Krzysztof Jażdżewski. The meetings were also attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Korea Bartosz Wiśniewski. This has been the fourth visit of the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture to that country in the previous two years.

On 22-23 September 2025, at the EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council meeting in Brussels, the EU Ministers discussed the issues related to the future of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) post-2027, trade issues and those in support of the Common Fisheries Policy. The Polish delegation was chaired by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Stefan Krajewski.

The primary objective of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on agricultural cooperation between the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Poland and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
