At a press conference, also attended by Director of the Institute of Was Losses Professor Konrad Wnęk, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Arkadiusz Mularczyk, Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by German Aggression and Occupation in 1939-1945, spoke of the moral right of Poles to seek compensation from Germany and to be treated on par with citizens of other countries.

Between 16 and 17 March, Poland’s chief of diplomacy Zbigniew Rau visited the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Between 13 and 15 March, Poland’s head of diplomacy Zbigniew Rau visited the Republic of Korea. The main goal of the visit was to attend political consultations with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Park Jin, held as part of the strategic partnership between the two countries.

On 14-15 March 2023, Deputy Minister Paweł Jabłoński paid a visit to Algeria, where he held political consultations with Amar Belani, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and met with Algerian ministers of agriculture and energy.

Poland welcomes the agreement announced on the resumption of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Iran and appreciates the efforts that led to this important step.

On 13 March, Arkadiusz Mularczyk met in Nowy Sącz with State Secretary Andrej Stančík of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic.

On 13-17 March, Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau will be paying a visit to Asia to hold political consultations in the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

On 9 March, Undersecretary of State Wojciech Gerwel took part in an informal meeting of development ministers in the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC Development), hosted in Stockholm by the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the EU.
