18.01.2021Activity rated plus PLN 500 million for senior activation in 2021-2025A space for meetings, conversations, science, creativity – to integrate within and between generations. With the end of 2020, the Multiannual “Senior+” and the Government Programme for Social Participation of Senior Citizens have ended. – we continue to act. Between 2021-2025 we will spend a total of PLN 500 million for a completely new programme “Active+” and “Senior+”, says Marlena Maląg, Minister of Family and Social Policy.

In the beginning of January 2021, the number of partners under the programme reached nearly 8 thousand, and discounts are available in more than 29 thousand locations. – It involves a wide range of options allowing people to save on purchases, services, entertainment. I strongly encourage all those entitled to join and use the Big Family Card – says Marlena Maląg, Minister of Family and Social Policy.

11.01.2021Family 500+: safety and stabilityDream gifts for Christmas, calm mind each day – the “Family 500+” programme constitutes factual support, commented on by parents themselves. “Santa Claus did not have to worry which dreams included in the children’s letters he should fulfil,” “the program gives a sense of financial security and a stable life for our family” – these are just some of the opinions on the programme. Over 134.4 billion zlotys have already been allocated to Polish families since the programme has been launched.

01.01.2021Obligation to notify the Social Insurance Institution about civil law contracts concluded from 1 January 2021All entrepreneurs have to notify their civil law contracts to the Social Insurance Institution as of 1 January 2021. This can be done sending basic details of the agreement through the online e-services platform (Platforma Usług Elektronicznych). The representatives of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association brought with them the Peace Light of Bethlehem – a symbolic fire lit up at the Cave of Nativity in Bethlehem. The Peace Light was handed over to Minister Marlena Maląg.

15.12.2020“Active+” The Ministry Announces a new Programme for Senior Citizens.The government will allocate PLN 200 million for a new multi-annual programme dedicated to the elderly. Non-governmental organisations, among others, will be eligible to apply for co-financing projects aimed towards the elderly. The call for proposals under the government programme “Active+” will begin at the beginning of the next year.
