Legal Department
The main tasks of the Legal Department include:
- legal services in matters within the Chief Inspector's competence;
- coordination of administrative and judicial-administrative proceedings conducted by the Inspection Department and the Waste Control Department;
- examination of complaints and applications received by the Chief Inspectorate in cooperation with the competent organisational units;
- maintenance of an electronic database of complaints and applications and an electronic case-law database covering all organisational units.
