Announcement regarding the rights and obligations of the aggrieved party in case file no. 3026-2.Ds.2.2025, which concerns causing numerous aggrieved parties who are citizens of the United States and Canada to disadvantageously dispose of their assets, after first misleading the said as to the intention to duly and properly e x e c u t e the sale of computer equipment in the form of graphic cards, by dispatching thereto printer paper instead of the subject of the transaction, via the on-line shops RIVERTECH-NET, CRYPTO SUPPLY.ORG and BLUECOMPUTERS.ORG

The District Public Prosecutor's Office in Łódź hereby gives notice in case file no. 3026-2.Ds.2.2025, which concerns bringing about, between at least 9 July 2021 and 21 March 2022 in Warsaw and North Macedonia, the disadvantageous disposal of assets, this being associated with acting in short intervals of time and in pursuit of a premeditated intention to obtain financial gain, after first misleading numerous aggrieved parties who are citizens of the United States and Canada as to the intention to duly and properly execute the sale of computer equipment in the form of graphic cards purchased by the aggrieved parties, by dispatching thereto printer paper instead of the subject of the transaction, via the following on-line shops:
- RIVERTECH-NET, between 19 February 2022 and 21 March 2022, causing the aggrieved parties to disadvantageously dispose of their assets in a total amount of 180,825.90 Polish zlotys,
- CRYPTO SUPPLY.ORG, between 9 July and 13 September 2021, causing the aggrieved parties to disadvantageously dispose of their assets in a total amount of 100,539.66 Euros (461,472.04 Polish zlotys at the exchange rate valid on 13 September 2021),
- BLUECOMPUTERS.ORG, between 24 August 2021 and 26 October 2021, causing the aggrieved parties to disadvantageously dispose of their assets in a total amount of 116,439.86 Euros (536,787.75 Polish zlotys at the exchange rate valid on 26 October 2021), whereby crime was used to provide a regular source of income, with damage being caused in a substantial sum totalling 1,179,085.69 Polish zlotys,
which is an act falling under Article 286, §1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 294, §1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 65, §1 of the Criminal Code jn conjunction with Article 12, §1 of the Criminal Code, instructing all aggrieved parties about their rights and obligations.
