Polish aid

In 2019, Polish bilateral aid for Senegal provided support for healthcare and education. Projects in these two areas were carried out by Polish non-govern­mental organizations and the Polish Embassy in Dakar. The activities includ­ed malnutrition prevention in children under 5 years old, pregnant and lactat­ing women, extension and improvement of medical infrastructure (including access to electric energy), improvement of infrastructure and equipping educa­tional facilities (furnishing a kindergar­ten, providing teachers with comput­ers), vocational training for women, and support for a disability care centre.

In 2019, the total ODA for Senegal was PLN 1,356,314
