A project of the Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) carried out together with the local Mercy Hand (MH) organization. The PAH’s task was to distribute financial aid to the most disadvantaged Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). At the same time, MH was providing legal services within the scope of furnishing IDPs with legal papers and offering legal aid to victims of sexual violence. In addition, MH launched pilot job assistance programmess for IDPs. The project has been extended into 2019.
