Ambassador Andrzej Kanthak ends his diplomatic mission in South Africa

The Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa held a solemn farewell ceremony for the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Kanthak and the Apostolic Nuncio Archbishop Peter B. Wells, who are concluding their diplomatic mission in South Africa this month.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alvin Botha highly appreciated the activities of Ambassador Andrzej Kanthak during his diplomatic mission in South Africa and thanked him for the huge amount of work and commitment in the economic, cultural and scientific field, aimed at intensifying relations between Poland and South Africa.
Mr Andrzej Kanthak has been serving as the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of South Africa, as well as the Republic of Botswana, the Kingdom of Lesotho, the Republic of Mozambique, the Republic of Namibia, the Kingdom of eSwatini, the Republic of Zambia and the Republic of Zimbabwe, since February 2017. Recently, he also served as Dean of the Diplomatic Corps of European Countries in South Africa.
