Please note that the emergency telephone number is dedicated to Polish citizens in emergency situations out of office hours (death, accident, arrest, lost passport). No questions related to visa applications, legalisation of documents and other regular consular matters will be answered on this line.

Collections of visas & documents, as well as deliveries of missing documents for visa applications, may be done:

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland strongly warns against making use of unscrupulous agents’ services when applying for visas to Poland. The Embassy and the Consulate does NOT collaborate with any visa agents.

 

Complaints and applications

The person designated in the office accepts complaints and applications for the office's operation on every working Friday between 10.00-11.00

Complaints about the service of clients of the office and applications regarding the functioning of the consular office may be submitted:
- in writing to the address 14 Amos str, Colbyn 0083, Pretoria,
- in electronic form to the e-mail address: konsulat.pretoria@msz.gov.pl  with the note: COMPLAINTS AND APPLICATIONS
- in person at the specified time orally for the record

Anonymous complaints and applications, which do not contain personal and contact details of the applicant, are left unrecognized.

 

Consular outreach

 

 Cape Town 5.04 - 8.04.2024

The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria cordially invites you to the consular outreach in Cape Town, which is scheduled on the following days:

- April 5 (Friday) at 8:00-12.00 and 13.00-17.00,
- April 6 (Saturday), at 8:00-12.00 and 13.00-17.00,
- April 7 (Sunday), at 8:00-12.00 and 13.00-17.00, and
- April 8 (Monday), at 8:00-12:00.

Address: Marriott Hotel, Crystal Towers, Century City, Corner of Century Boulevard and Rialto Rd, Cape Town.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration is mandatory for the consular duty.  Persons not registered will not be accepted.

For organizational purposes, please call the President of the Polish Association in Cape Town, Mrs. Danuta Cieśla: 083 661 2734, Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 14:00 ONLY.

In the case of passport applications, please make sure that the photo meets the requirements:

- the face should occupy no less than 70-80% of the photo,
- the photo cannot be older than 6 months,
- the photo should be on a light, blank background.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to process the photo in the system, so applications with incorrect photos for technical reasons will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: No visa applications may be lodged during consular outreaches.
