the car which is the subject of the tender can be viewed at the parking lot of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria, 14 Amos Street, Colbyn, Pretoria 0083, South Africa from 27 October to 7 November 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., by prior arrangement by phone at +27 83 461 7431.

Comments:

- minor bodywork and paintwork damage resulting from use; damage (dent) to the right rear pillar; slight distortion of the right front door trim at the bottom; discharged battery, leaking sunroof, slight damage to the plastic part of the additional sill; steering wheel on the right side.
- the car is withdrawn from use, but the engine starts. It's in satisfactory condition for a 2010 model.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT AND DATE AND PLACE OF ITS PAYMENT:
the condition for participating in the tender is the payment of a deposit of 10% of the starting price of the tangible movable property being sold, i.e. 6,425.00 rand. The deposit can be paid between October 27 and November 7, 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the Embassy's ticket office.

Failure to pay the deposit will result in rejection of the offer.

The deposit must be submitted before the deadline for submitting bids. The seller will refund any deposits submitted by bidders whose bids are not selected or rejected within 7 days of the date of selection or rejection, respectively. The deposit submitted by the buyer is credited towards the purchase price. The deposit is non-refundable if the winning bidder fails to conclude the sales agreement.

THE OFFER SHOULD INCLUDE:
- name, surname and address or name (company) and registered office of the bidder, mobile phone number and e-mail address (according to the attached template – Appendix No.1),
- the offered price, not lower than the starting price, and the terms of its payment,
- a declaration by the bidder that he has become familiar with the condition of the tender subject or that he is responsible for the consequences resulting from refusing to inspect the item,
- a declaration regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR) on the form specified in Annex No. 2 attached to this announcement and a document confirming the payment of the deposit.

DEADLINE AND PLACE FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS:
Please submit your offers (according to the attached template - appendix 1) along with the GDPR declaration (appendix no. 2) to the Embassy by November 7, 2025,
in a sealed envelope marked: OFFER – Chrysler Grand Voyager.

TENDER RESOLUTION:
- The committee will select the bidder who offers the highest price.
- The offer is subject to rejection if it is submitted after the deadline, in the wrong place or by a bidder who has not paid the security deposit, and also if it does not contain the data and documents indicated in the announcement or if they are incomplete, illegible or raise doubts, and the explanations provided could lead to its recognition as a new offer.

Information on the tender results will be sent by 17 November 2025 by email to the address indicated by the tenderers in their submitted offers.

The sales agreement will be concluded within 7 business days after obtaining DIRCO's consent.

The buyer is obligated to pay the purchase price on the day the vehicle purchase agreement is signed. Payment is in cash.

The vehicle will be released to the buyer after the deregistration process by DIRCO is completed.

By entering the auction, the buyer agrees and undertakes to pay all taxes and fees required by the authorities of South Africa, Poland or any other country to which the vehicle will be transferred after the sale.
