Student visa information
Student visa appointments must be registered via email sent to a specially created mailbox: student-registration.pretoria@msz.gov.pl
-
This mailbox is only to be used to register for student visa appointments. All other matters – as before – are handled via the consular mailbox. Inquiries on other matters sent to this new mailbox will not be considered.
-
One student may send his/her appointment request on his/her own, from his/her own email address, directly to the above mentioned address.
-
One email may contain data of only one applicant. Emails requesting multiple appointments or appointment requests made by third parties will not be considered. Similarly, multiple emails from one student will disqualify the student from any appointments.
-
Please provide the following in your email:
- name,
- surname,
- citizenship,
- passport number,
- e-mail address.
5. There needs to be one of the following documents issued for a specific applicant attached to each email:
a. Recognition statement from NAWA (or the previously issued curator's decision) recognizing a certificate of the educational qualifications or the entitlement to continue education, or
b. CAMBRIDGE General Certificate of Education - Advanced Level (at least 3 A Levels), which is recognized for entrance to universities, or
c. other educational documents that confirm the completion of secondary education in the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA) or OECD member states.
The above-mentioned requirement DOES NOT apply to students of second-cycle studies (Master's degree) and higher. In such cases, a scan of the relevant university degree (Bachelor's degree or higher) should be attached.
More information about this requirement can be found here.
6. Please attach your final acceptance letter from the university in Poland where you plan to study. If you have been accepted for a semester that is already in progress, please include a valid extension letter with a clear deadline for late students, and/or whether you are already studying online.
7. Emails without the attachment specified in points 5 & 6 will not be considered. Attachments in the form of download links or compressed folders or password protected files cannot be opened due to our internal security measures and therefore such emails will not be considered.
All required information for students can be downloaded here. This information guide covers all aspects of the visa application procedure, including how to complete the application form, what documents to bring, the visa fee, etc.
Appointments will only be granted to students who fulfil the requirements above and only until the number of time slots available for submitting a student visa application in a given month is reached. Emails are considered according to the chronological order in which they are received.
A student will only receive an email response if their appointment request is successful. Students who fail to follow the instructions (especially points 3, 5 6 above) will not be considered. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response.
Appointment slots for January will become available from 09:00 A.M. on 8 December. Emails sent earlier will not be considered.
