Due to increasing difficulties in booking appointments for submitting a study visa application through the e-Konsulat system, a new registration method has been introduced. Instead of booking through e-Konsulat, appointment reservations for study visas will only be possible by phone.

Reservations for the following month will be made on one or two days (details will be announced below). The phone will only be switched on during the days and times for booking appointments. When all available appointments have been booked, the phone will be switched off immediately after the last appointment has been reserved.

In order to make a reservation, a student will need to provide the following data:

• Name,
• Surname,
• Citizenship,
• Passport number,
• Phone number,
• E-mail address.

IMPORTANT! A student can only make one booking - for themselves. It is not possible to reserve an appointment for another person.

The phone booking system is for making appointments ONLY. We are not able to provide any other information during the call.
