30.06.2022
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria has received information about the fraudulent activity of so-called intermediaries or agents who offer, for a fee, assistance in obtaining a Polish e-visa.
Please be advised that there is no e-visa in the Polish legal system and consuls do not issue e-visas.
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria does not cooperate with entities providing seat reservation services for official meetings, including visa matters. It is not associated with such entities and is not responsible for paid offers of assistance in booking seats, presented in social media and other forums, in order to apply for a visa and to obtain a visa to enter Poland.
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria is not responsible for the information provided by these entities regarding the visa procedure.
The Embassy informs that persons interested in obtaining a Polish visa book an appointment to submit an application for a visa only via the e-konsulat.gov.pl system. Registration in the e-konsulat.gov.pl system is free.
The Consular fee for accepting and processing a visa application, the amount of which is published on the Embassy's website, is accepted with the submission of the visa application at the Polish Embassy in Pretoria. It is not possible to pay in any other way.
E-mail correspondence with visa applicants is carried out only via the e-mail address of the Consular office: konsulat.pretoria@msz.gov.pl.
