Polish food producers participated in the Africa Food Show in Cape Town. Under the banner of "Poland Tastes Good," the National Support Center for Agriculture (KOWR) encouraged South African investors and importers to establish partnerships with Polish producers.

The interior is dominated by orange.

The Africa Food Show took place in Cape Town from June 10-12, 2026. Among the over 350 exhibitors were Polish producers of confectionery and chocolate products, pasta, frozen vegetables, meat, collagen drinks, and dietary supplements, supported by KOWR and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH). Chargé d'affaires Jacek Chodorowicz attended the fair on behalf of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria.

South Africa is one of the most advanced and diversified economies in Africa. A developed industry and financial sector, modern infrastructure, and a population of over 60 million people encourage producers to explore this market. Large retail chains in South Africa operate from the mass to the premium segment.
