Poland in South Africa

During the event, organized in cooperation with Polish diaspora associations, the Polish School and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland, numerous sports competitions were held, both for adults and for children. Numerous players could compete in tennis, bridge and chess competitions. The team from Pretoria won the tennis competition this year. Children and adolescents took part in various fitness competitions. The winners received diplomas and awards. After the sports competition, both players and fans could taste traditional Polish donuts, dumplings and bigos.
