Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria cordially invites you to the consular outreach in Durban which is scheduled on the 10th at 9.30-18.00 and 11th of June 2023 at 9.30-15.00.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration is mandatory for the consular duty.  Persons not registered will not be accepted.

In the case of passport applications, please make sure that the photo meets the requirements:

- the face should occupy no less than 80% of the photo,
- the photo was taken not earlier than 6 months before the application,
- the photo must show the entire head (from the top) and the upper part of the shoulders.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to process the photo in the system, so applications with incorrect photos for technical reasons will not be accepted.
