The National Centre of Culture announces an international competition for a spatial installation inspired by Nicolaus Copernicus

On the occasion of the 550th anniversary of the birth of Nicolaus Copernicus, one of the greatest representatives of the Renaissance, a world-renowned astronomer and the creator of the heliocentric theory, the National Centre of Culture (NCK) is organizing an international competition for an outdoor spatial installation and invites all brave, unconventional and creative designers to participate.
The competition is addressed to designers and design groups in Poland and abroad. It aims to bring the achievements of Nicolaus Copernicus closer. The authors of the competition encourage you to draw inspiration from the history and tradition of Polish culture and science, as well as to look for creative solutions in the field of exhibition design, with particular emphasis on outdoor spatial installations, addressed to a wide audience. The deadline for submitting the projects is May 14, 2023.
