On 4-5 July 2019, the Poznan International Fair will host the Western Balkans Summit. The summit will be attended by heads of government and ministers from more than a dozen European Union and Balkan states. The summit is organized by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, and the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology.

On 12 April 2019 at 3:30 pm, foreign ministers of Poland, Jacek Czaputowicz, and of Germany, Heiko Maas, will take part in a debate on the future of the European Union: The future of Europe - Polish and German perspectives. The debate, organised by the Polish Institute of International Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the German Embassy in Warsaw, will take place in the Raffles Europejski Warsaw hotel.

On 11-12 April, Warsaw will host a meeting of Berlin Process Ministers of Foreign Affairs. Poland currently holds the yearlong presidency of the Process. Launched by Germany, the Berlin Process promotes regional cooperation among the Western Balkan countries, complementing the EU enlargement policy. The initiative brings together candidates for EU membership (Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania) and potential candidates (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo), as well as selected EU member states.
