On 4 August 2022, Poland’s MFA summoned chargé d’affaires of Belarus Alexander Chesnovsky to lodge a protest against the continued repressions against journalists and representatives of civil society in Belarus.

Deputy Minister Marcin Przydacz deposited at the US Department of State the instruments of ratification expressing Poland’s consent to Sweden and Finland joining NATO.

The implications of Russian aggression against Ukraine as well as international support and assistance for Ukraine were the main topics of Foreign Ministry Undersecretary of State Marcin Przydacz's statements and consultations at the beginning of the Review Conference of the Treaty on Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) at UN headquarters in New York.

On 2 August 2022, Chairman-in-Office of the OSCE, Foreign Affairs Minister Zbigniew Rau paid an official visit to Ukraine.

On Wednesday, 27 July, Head of the Foreign Service Arkady Rzegocki visited Lviv, where he took part in the delivery of humanitarian aid to Ukrainian citizens. He also met with the Mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi.

On 27 July 2022, Minister Zbigniew Rau met in Warsaw with Minister of Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Spain José Manuel Albares Bueno. The meeting took place in the framework of the 14th edition of the Polish-Spanish Intergovernmental Consultations chaired by the heads of both governments.

On 27 July 2022, Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau met in Warsaw with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Guatemala Mario Búcaro Flores and Minister of National Defence Henry Reyes Chigua.

During a meeting with his counterpart Marta Gordon and the head of Panama’s diplomacy Erica Mouynes, the undersecretary of state at the Polish MFA discussed the global impact of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, including food security, and further enhancement of relations between Poland and Panama, especially in the context of the oncoming 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations.
