Today, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski held consultations with his counterpart, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel. The two chief diplomats discussed political and economic cooperation between Poland and Luxembourg, and the current security situation in Europe and the world.

On the occasion of entry into force of the Treaty of Nancy, or a Treaty for Enhanced Cooperation and Friendship between Poland and France, Undersecretary of State Henryka Mościcka-Dendys talked with Secretary General at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs Anne-Marie Descôtes. Polish-French consultations focused on security, defence, and economy.

Cooperation in the context of growing international competition, new sources of economic growth, and responsible innovations in technology were the main topics covered during 56th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, attended by Deputy Prime Minister Radosław Sikorski. This year's theme was 'A Spirit of Dialogue'.

Talks between Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski and India's External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar focused on economic relations, security issues, and EU-India cooperation. The India visit took place on 17-20 January.
