​​​​​​​On Wednesday the 2nd of August 2023, the Head of the Foreign Service Arkady Rzegocki, represented the Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau, in the commemoration of the 79th anniversary of the liquidation of the so-called "Zigeunerlager" in the German Nazi concentration and extermination camp KL Auschwitz-Birkenau.

Due to a violation of Polish national airspace by two Belarusian helicopters on 1 August 2023, Chargé d’affaires of the Embassy of Belarus was summoned immediately to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Arkadiusz Mularczyk, Secretary of State for European Policies at the MFA and Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by German Aggression and Occupation in 1939-1945, has been awarded the Diamond Cross for his merits to Poland’s Children of War.

On 24–26 July 2023, Secretary of State at the Polish MFA Arkadiusz Mularczyk paid a working visit to the United States.

On 22 July 2023, Ambassador of Russian Federation Sergey Andreev was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Polish MFA firmly protested against challenging the legitimacy of Poland’s internationally recognised borders and directing threats against a sovereign state.

The 10th round of political consultations between Poland and Colombia at the level of deputy ministers took place on July 21st, 2023 in Warsaw. Consultations were led by the Head of the Foreign Service, Arkady Rzegocki, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, Francisco José Coy Granados.

The 8th edition of Polish-Czech intergovernmental consultations was held in Katowice on 20 July. They provide a solid foundation for cooperation between Poland and the Czech Republic.

On 20 July 2023, Undersecretary of State at the Polish MFA Paweł Jabłoński participated in the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels on behalf of Minister Zbigniew Rau.

On Thursday, July 20th in Warsaw there was organized the conference "Europe-Poland-Ukraine.Rebuild Together’23". During the panel on the enlargement of the European Union regarding Ukraine and Moldova Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau was represented by the Head of the Foreign Service Arkady Rzegocki.

On 15-18 July, Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau visited New York to take part in UN Security Council and General Assembly sessions devoted to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
