These are tanker maneuvers, involving the participation of Polish, British and American troops, which are organised as part of cooperation within the North Atlantic Alliance. We are constantly modernising the Polish army: for this purpose, next year we will allocate around PLN 98 billion from the state budget. We are also consistently strengthening the ranks of our army – today we have about 140,000 soldiers.

The Ditch of the Vistula Spit enables free, all year-round navigation of sea vessels to the ports of Elbląg, Frombork or Tolkmicko. For the first time in the post-war history of Poland, you are free to cross the Vistula Lagoon without having to pass through Russian territorial waters. This investment will increase transport safety in Poland. It will also create thousands of new jobs and give impetus to the development of tourism.
