Informacja dotycząca przetwarzania danych osobowych przez Ambasadę Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w Republice Korei.

Niniejsza informacja stanowi wykonanie obowiązku określonego w art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE, zwanego dalej „RODO” (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 4.05.2016 r., s. 1 oraz Dz. Urz. UE L 127 z 23.05.2018 r., s. 2).

1. Administratorem, w rozumieniu art. 4 pkt 7 RODO, danych osobowych jest Minister Spraw Zagranicznych z siedzibą w Polsce, w Warszawie, Al. J. Ch. Szucha 23, natomiast wykonującym obowiązki administratora jest kierujący placówką zagraniczną – Ambasada Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w Republice Korei z siedzibą w Seulu przy 20-1 Samcheong-ro, Jongno-gu,03062.
2. W MSZ i placówkach zagranicznych powołano Inspektora Ochrony Danych (IOD).

3. Dane są przetwarzane na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO, czyli zgody osoby, której dane dotyczą w celu uczestnictwa w wydarzeniach organizowanych lub współorganizowanych przez Ambasadę Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w Republice Korei, w tym wzięcia udziału w otwarciu przeglądu filmów Krzysztofa Kieślowskiego w Seoul Film Center p.t. „The Gaze of Kieslowski”.
4. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do udziału w wydarzeniu.
5. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu ustania celu przetwarzania, o którym mowa w pkt 3 lub do momentu cofnięcia zgody na ich przetwarzanie. W takim przypadku stosowną informację należy przesłać na adres: seul.amb.sekretariat@msz.gov.pl 
6. Dostęp do danych posiadają wyłącznie uprawnieni pracownicy Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych i Ambasady RP w Republice Korei.
7. Dane osobowe mogą być udostępniane osobom lub podmiotom trzecim uprawnionym do dostępu do nich na podstawie obowiązujących przepisów prawa. Odrębną kategorię odbiorców stanowią podmioty przetwarzające dane osobowe na zlecenie Administratora, w szczególności w związku z podpisanymi umowami, np. dostawcy usług IT.
8. Dane nie będą przekazywane do państwa trzeciego ani do organizacji międzynarodowej.
9. Osobie, której dane dotyczą, przysługują prawa do kontroli przetwarzania danych, określone w art. 15-19 RODO, w szczególności prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych i ich sprostowania, prawo do usunięcia danych oraz ograniczenia ich przetwarzania, o ile będą miały zastosowanie.
10. Dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany, który będzie miał wpływ na podejmowanie decyzji mogących wywołać skutki prawne lub w podobny sposób istotnie na nią wpłynąć. Dane nie będą poddawane profilowaniu.

Information on the processing of personal data

The present information ensures compliance with the obligation laid down in Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1 and OJ L 127, 23.5.2018, p. 2).  

1. Within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the GDPR, the controller of your personal data is the Minister of Foreign Affairs established in Poland, Warsaw, Al. J. Ch. Szucha 23, and the person carrying out the tasks of the controller is the head of Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Republic of Korea established in Seoul, Samcheong-ro 20-1, Jongno-gu, 03062.
2. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) was appointed at the MFA headquarters and in diplomatic missions abroad.

3. The data are processed on the basis of your consent, pursuant to point a of Article 6 (1) of the GDPR, for the purpose of your participation in events organized or co-organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Republic of Korea, including the opening event of  the Krzysztof Kieslowski Film Retrospective at Seoul Film Center, entitled “The Gaze of Kieslowski”.
4. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for your participation in above mentioned event.
5. The personal data will be processed until the cessation of the abovementioned purpose of processing or until the withdrawal of consent.  To withdraw your consent, please send a written request to: seul.amb.sekretariat@msz.gov.pl
6. Only authorized employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the diplomatic mission referred to in paragraph 1 have access to the data.
7. The personal data may be made available to third parties and individuals authorised to access them under applicable law. A separate category of recipients are entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller, in particular in connection with signed agreements, e.g. IT service providers.
8. The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
9. You have the right to control the processing of data as set out in Articles 15-19 of the GDPR, in particular the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure and the right to restriction of processing and in Article 21 of the GDPR (the right to object), if applicable.
10. The personal data will not be processed by automated means that will impact on making decision, where it produces legal effects concerning data subjects or similarly significantly affects them. The personal data will not be subject to profiling.
