Agrarian System Structuring Department
carries out tasks of the National Support Centre for Agriculture resulting from the Act of 11th April 2003 on the structuring of the Agrarian System, which generally regulates, among others, the trade in specified agricultural real estates (perpetual usufruct of agricultural real estates, shares in co-ownership of such real estate etc.) on the private market, as well as shares and stocks in capital companies owning such real estate.
