Innovation in agriculture Innovation is the key to development and facing challenges in every field, as well as the foundation of economic, environmental, and social progress facing the agricultural sector and rural areas. The National Support Centre for Agriculture is tasked with performing pro-development functions, providing an effective institutional background for implementing activities aimed at raising the level of Polish agriculture and improving the quality of life in rural areas. The innovative projects we implement are aimed at multidimensional support for the agricultural sector.

The goal behind our activities is to improve the profitability of farms by introducing modern technological solutions that increase production efficiency, as well as integrating and optimising the supply chain, and building origin transparency of agri-food products. A major task of ours is also to support the process of monitoring crops and assessing losses in agriculture, using modern technologies based on satellite teledetection and unmanned aerial vehicles.
