During the third edition of the "Summer School for the Administrations of Moldova and Ukraine” project, KOWR shared its experience implementing the School Programme in Poland, an effective tool for promoting healthy eating habits among children.

As many as 36 Polish-bred horses competed at the Prague Intercup in the Czech capital. The result? Numerous medals, special awards, and the prestigious title of Best European Breeder for Michałów Stud, confirming its place among the European elite.

From August 31 to September 3, 2026, the National Support Center for Agriculture along with Polish entrepreneurs will present food products and animal feed at the Polish national stand "Poland Tastes Good" at Fine Food Australia - the largest food industry event on the continent. The trade fair has been held alternately in Sydney and Melbourne for over 40 years. This year, Poland Tastes Good is making its debut in Melbourne.

Poland is strengthening its position in international food markets. In the first half of 2026, the value of Polish agri-food exports reached €29 billion, an increase of almost 2% compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the positive foreign trade balance increased by over 7%, reaching €9.6 billion.

The 2026 Polish Arabian Horse Days took place from August 7th to 11th. The event culminated in the championships of the 48th National Purebred Arabian Horse Show and Sunday's Pride of Poland Auction in Janów Podlaski. The events ended with Monday's Summer Sale and Breeding Parade in Janów Podlaski, with Breeding Parades in Białka and Michałów following the next dat. Forty-one horses were presented at both auctions, and the total amount raised from the auction was €1.35 million.

For almost a decade, the National Support Center for Agriculture (KOWR) has been facilitating Polish food companies' entry into the Vietnamese market. From August 6-8, 2026, the KOWR will be exhibiting for the ninth time alongside Polish entrepreneurs at the Vietfood & Beverage 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City - one of the most important food industry exhibitions in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

From July 29 to August 1, 2026, the National Support Center for Agriculture, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, is organizing the first Polish national stand at the Philippine WOFEX (World Food Expo) in Manila. This is a response to the growing interest in Polish food in the Philippines.

Polish agri-food exports in the first five months of 2026 reached €24.1 billion (PLN 102 billion), representing a 1.6% increase compared to the same period last year. Particularly noteworthy are the growing sales to non-EU markets and the persistently high surplus in foreign trade in Polish food.

Polish companies in the grain and milling sectors are taking another step towards returning to the strategic Egyptian market. The trade mission organized by KOWR in Cairo provided an opportunity to establish key contacts and discuss supply diversification for one of the world's largest wheat importers.

From June 22-24, KOWR representatives participated in the annual AEIAR General Assembly and Study Days, which took place in Biarritz, France. The National Support Center for Agriculture was represented by Tomasz Ciodyk, Deputy Director General of KOWR, and Bogdan Podgórski and Magdalena Zawadzka from the KOWR Agricultural Property Stock Management Department.
