    Henryk Smolarz, Director General of the National Support Centre for Agriculture, met with Professor Jim Mazurkiewicz, the new Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Texas. The meeting provided an opportunity to congratulate him on his assumption of office and to discuss the further development of Polish-American cooperation in the agri-food sector.

    At the THAIFEX - Anuga Asia 2026 trade fair in Bangkok, Christophe Hansen, European Commissioner for Agriculture and Food, visited the Polish national stand, Poland Tastes Good, organised by the National Support Centre for Agriculture. He was accompanied by Dr. Wisit Limluecha, Deputy Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand.

    May 26-30, 2026, the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) promotes Polish food and beverages for the eighth time at the THAIFEX - Anuga Asia trade fair in Bangkok, one of the most important food industry events in Southeast Asia. KOWR has been present with its national stand under the banner "Poland Tastes Good" in the Thai capital since 2019.

    On May 19-20, 2026, the National Support Centre for Agriculture exhibits for the third time in the capital of the Kingdom of the Netherlands at the world's largest private label trade fair, PLMA World of Private Label International Trade Show. Established in 1986 and held for 40 years, the two-day-long PLMA trade fair in Amsterdam is highly regarded among food industry companies. For years, Polish food producers and exporters with private label products have also been present.

    Polish agri-food products are once again being promoted in Shanghai under the slogan "Poland Tastes Good”. The three-day-long SIAL Shanghai trade fair is a renowned and largest food industry exhibition in China and throughout Asia. This year's edition of the event organised since 2000 takes place from May 18-20, 2026, and the National Support Centre for Agriculture is exhibiting at SIAL Shanghai for the second time since 2019.

    One million visitors and 1,500 exhibitors from over 70 countries - this is the scale of SIAM (Salon International de l'Agriculture au Maroc), the largest agri-food event in Morocco and all of Africa. In 2026, the National Support Centre for Agriculture organized a Polish national stand at the event for the first time, clearly marking Poland's presence in the global agri-food market.

    April 14, 2026, marks a significant date in the history of co-operation between the Polish and Japanese ministries of agriculture. Years of efforts to expand the range of meat products exported by Polish companies to the Japanese market have been completed.

    On 30 March 2026, the latest edition of the International Food & Drink Event (IFE London), the UK's largest food and drink trade fair, started in London. The three-day fair ran until 1 April this year. The KOWR has been organising a national stand at the IFE under the banner 'Poland tastes good' since 2022.

    Held every two years in Barcelona, the Alimentaria food trade fair is one of the largest and most prestigious trade events in the food sector in Spain and across Europe. During the 50th anniversary edition, held from 23 to 26 March 2026, Poland was the partner country. The KOWR organised a large and prominent national stand in Barcelona.

    On Tuesday, 10 March 2026, the 51st edition of Foodex Japan, one of the most important trade fairs in the food industry in Asia, started in Tokyo, Japan. The National Agricultural Support Centre (KOWR), which organised a promotion of Polish food for the seventh time under the slogan 'Poland tastes good', was a key entity present at the fair.
