Company Supervision Department
Company Supervision Department exercises ownership supervision over the activities of 31 companies of plant and animal breeding of particular importance to the national economy. These companies conduct creative and conservative breeding and collect the most valuable genetic material of plants and animals, which determines biological progress. Thanks to this, Polish farmers have access to high-quality plant seeds and animal breeding material.
The Department also exercises ownership rights in companies in which shares or stocks were purchased as part of the implementation of the Act on the structuring of the Agrarian System.
