KOWR at TUTTOFOOD Milan for the third time
13.05.2026
On May 11, 2026, Italy's largest food and beverage fair, TUTTOFOOD, opened in Milan. KOWR is organizing its third national stand at this biennial fair. This year, 19 companies are exhibiting under the Poland Tastes Good banner in Milan. The trade fair has been very popular with Polish agri-food entrepreneurs for years. In 2023, when KOWR organized a stand at the Milan trade fair, eight companies participated.
From May 11 to 14, 2026, Polish food and beverage producers and exporters are seeking importers and distributors in the capital of Lombardy for products such as frozen and freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, NFC juices, vegetable preserves, dairy products, fish products, chocolates, cookies and other sweets, cereal wafers, instant coffees and cereal drinks, nut and fruit spreads and creams, energy drinks, and ready-made meals.
Food is an important part of Italian culture and lifestyle. Therefore, the national stand, featuring Polish chefs showcasing typical dishes of traditional Polish cuisine at its finest, was a must.
The TUTTOFOOD trade fair provides a platform for presenting both traditional and innovative products to customers from the northern Mediterranean coast. It also allows exhibitors and visitors to learn about the latest trends in the food and packaging industries. Given that Italy is a highly relational country, the TUTTOFOOD organizers also emphasize that Milan, during the four days of the fair, will be a hub for networking and the establishment and consolidation of business relationships. Recent editions have also seen a clear trend toward internationalization.
The Italian food market is characterized by high demand for high-quality products: fresh, local, and certified. Both traditional small shops and supermarket chains play a significant role among distribution channels. There is certainly room in this market for high-quality and attractively priced products from Poland, especially unique ones. This is also confirmed by export data. Italy is the fifth largest recipient of agri-food products in the European Union. In 2025, sales to Italy will reach €2.8 billion (a 7% increase compared to 2024).
