Leszek Iwaniuk

He was appointed to the position of Deputy Director General of the National Support Centre for Agriculture on 17th January 2024.

Leszek Iwaniuk – farmer, local government official, manager, social activist. He is a graduate of Local Government Administration at the University of Finance and Management in Siedlce, Administration at the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and postgraduate studies: Ergonomics and Health and Safety at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw, Management at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, Management in health care and Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Volunteer Fire Department activist at the municipal, district and provincial levels. He was a Member of the Board and Chairman of the Sabnie Commune Council. He ran his own commercial enterprise for 10 years. Later, he held the position of Chief Specialist, Advisor to the President of the Board and Director of the Regional Branch of the Agricultural Market Agency in Warsaw. In the years 2010-2018, he was the Starost of Sokołów Podlaski. Most recently, he worked for 5 years at the Nowowiejski Hospital in Warsaw as Deputy Director for Administration and Economic Affairs.
