National Support Centre for Agriculture

The opening of the Polish purebred Arabian show season traditionally falls on the first weekend of June, and Białka Stud has consistently been the Polish capital of young Arabian horses for years. This year, an international panel of judges, composed of Claudia Darius from Germany, Joanne Lowe from the UK, Paula Böhmer from the Netherlands, and Jerzy Zbyszewski from the USA, evaluated a group of 83 yearlings, two-year-olds, and three-year-olds divided into 13 classes. Of these, 26 were two-year-old fillies, and 25 were yearling fillies.

Junior Mares Championship

• Epiforana (Mutabahi Al Hawajer – Espana / QR Marc) – bred and owned by Michałów Stud
• Zanella (Mutabahi Al Hawajer – Zigi Zara / Shanghai E.A.) – bred and owned by Michałów Stud
• Ejna (D Kaheel – Elwimia / Ascot DD) – bred and owned by Białka

At the conclusion of the Białka show, the judges awarded the title of Best in Show to Michałów's gray two-year-old, Epiforana. She was last year's Bronze European Champion Yearling Filly and Gold Champion Yearling Filly at the All-Polish Arabian Horse Championship in Tarnów.

The 36th Junior Spring Arabian Horse Show was held under the patronage of Henryk Smolarz, Director General of the National Support Center for Agriculture, Stefan Krajewski, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Dorota Niedziela, Deputy Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.

Białka Stud is a branch of Małopolska Hodowla Roślin (MHR), one of the plant breeding companies of the Polish State Treasury. Since 2022, MHR, together with Białka Stud, has been part of the Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza (National Food Industry Group). Previously, the company was supervised by the National Support Centre for Agriculture.
