Tomasz Ciodyk
Deputy Director General
He was appointed to the position of Deputy Director General of the National Support Centre for Agriculture by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. The act of appointment was presented to him on 13th March 2024 by Henryk Smolarz, Director General of the National Support Centre for Agriculture.
Graduate of the Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (currently the Warsaw School of Economics), Faculty of Production Economics (specialisation: Agricultural and Food Economics). He completed postgraduate studies: “Real Estate Valuation”, “Commodity Exchanges”, “Polish-Dutch Postgraduate European Studies” and “Real Estate Brokerage”.
In the years 1995–2017, he worked at the Agricultural Property Stock Agency of the State Treasury and the Agricultural Property Agency, among others, as director of the Agricultural Property Stock Management Team in the Agency President’s Office in Warsaw (2008–2016).
He has been a property appraiser since 1997, and in 2008 he obtained a real estate agent licence.
Until his appointment as Deputy Director General of KOWR, he ran a business in the field of real estate valuation and consulting (since 2017), served as the President of the Polish Federation of Property Appraisers’ Associations (since 2019), and was a member of the Management Board of the Warsaw Property Appraisers’ Association (since 2022).
Author of dozens of articles and publications on the real estate market, privatisation, and valuation.
