The European Research Executive Agency (REA), mandated by the EC to support the EU Research and Innovation policy, funds high-quality research and innovation projects that generate knowledge for the benefit of society. REA manages vast portfolio of programmes, including different activities under framework programmes (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe at present),  Promotion of agricultural products or Research Fund for Coal and Steel, thus being mirrored by the NCBR initiatives at the national level.

The event will be hosted by Ewa Kocińska-Lange, director of the NCBR Office in Brussels.

  • What are REA’s mission and ambitions?
  • What is the relation of REA to the European Commission and other executive agencies?
  • What are REA’s responsibilities beyond Horizon Europe?
  • How can the results of research & innovation projects influence the EU policy making process?
  • How would you define a perfect expert for evaluation of proposals and for monitoring of projects?
  • What makes a good coordinator of the international consortium?

If you would like to learn this and more, join us and take part in our Q&A session!

The agenda includes the guest's presentation and the Q&A session.
