The last few weeks were very intense, as Polish innovators participated in workshops and presentations to convince American and Polish jurors to their solutions. They now stand a chance to enter the American and global markets.

04.03.2026As the Operator of the Research and Innovation Programme, Applied Research implemented under the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme, the National Centre for Research and Development works to further strengthen the research excellence and innovation potential of Polish research organisations and enterprises. The Programme places particular emphasis on micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as key drivers of innovation and job creation. In two calls for proposals, 32 projects received support totalling PLN 133 million.

05.11.2025Representatives of the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) participated in the 12th Polish-Taiwanese Seminar, which took place on November 3-4 in the port city of Keelung, Taiwan. The event was organized as part of the long-standing cooperation between the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) and the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC). This intensive two-day meeting dedicated to marine science and technologies aimed to deepen bilateral relations and exchange experiences in innovative solutions for the maritime sector.
