Documents required at the stage of signing project contract
08.08.2025
The scientific peer review of 143 applications that meet the formal assessment criteria, submitted to the CALL 2025 in the Research and Innovation Programme, Applied Research under the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme is currently underway.
The scientific peer review is carried out by international experts being residents and working outside Poland and Switzerland and consists of 3 stages: individual assessment by 3 experts, consensus assessment together by all 3 experts and Selection Committee meeting. The results of the scientific peer review in Call 2025 are planned to be announced in the fourth quarter of 2025.
We would like to remind all applicants that if they receive a positive funding decision, the consortium members will have a limited time to submit to NCBR the documents required at the project contract signing stage.
Pursuant to Article 41 of the Act on the NCBR, Programme Component Operators (PCOs) will be required to submit a project contract with attachments within 30 days counting from the date of the positive decision delivery.
We encourage you to prepare the documents required at this stage in advance (especially the partnership agreement, which can be the most time-consuming to sign).
Please note that the final cost eligibility date in projects implemented under the SPPW is 31 March 2029. In the case of three-year projects implemented under Call 2025, it is extremely important to start the project on time.
