Magdalena Kołodziejska
Second Deputy Director of the National Centre for Research and Development
Manager with over 20 years of experience in strategic financial management of large capital groups, as well as innovative projects and green transformation. She gained her professional experience in the broadly defined energy sector. She was responsible, among others, for the creation and implementation of strategies, restructuring, corporate governance, obtaining and accounting for EU subsidies and fundraising. She has focused her professional career mainly on financial and strategic issues.
She was previously associated with the Polish Biogas Group (part of Total Energies), where she led the group's exit from the PFR fund and the group's acquisition by Total Energies, together with the post-acquisition integration process and participation in the development of the financial and investment strategy in Poland until 2030 for Total Energies. In addition, she is a former member of the Supervisory Board of DCX Innovation (innovative CityScanner solution in Poland and Europe) and a member of the Management Board in the Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN Capital Group.
She is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw with a degree in Finance and Banking (Master’s degree) and in EU Studies (postgraduate studies).
On 12 November 2024, she was appointed the Second Deputy Director of the National Centre for Research and Development for a four-year term.
