The National Centre for Research and Development

The Polish NCBR Office in Brussels, in cooperation with the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Centre (Jagiellonian University) and the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, invites you to a side networking event organised on the occasion of the European Defence Fund (EDF) Info Days 2026. The event will take place on Monday, 9 March 2026, from 12:30 to 20:00 (CET) at the NCBR Office in Brussels (Business & Science Poland), Rue Belliard 40, 5th floor, 1040 Brussels.

​The meeting offers a networking platform for Polish leaders of research and innovation technology infrastructures, research organisations, and the defence and dual-use community, the meeting will help participants connect with partners and discuss current trends in dual-use and defence innovation. The event takes place on the eve of the EDF Info Days 2026 (10–11 March 2026) organised by the European Commission’s Directorate‑General for Defence Industry and Space (DG DEFIS).

Among the invited guests are representatives of Polish public and private sector offices based in Brussels, as well as officials from the European Commission and its executive agencies (REA, EISMEA, EDA), national R&I offices from EU Member States and beyond, and umbrella organisations (including ESFRI, EARTO, IGLO, ERRIN).
