04.12.2023 PretoriaOn December 4, 2023 the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria organized a Christmas concert performed by the outstanding South African ensemble "Charl du Plessis Trio". The concert was intended to commemorate the 105th anniversary of Poland regaining its independence, as well as to celebrate Foreign Service Day. The event was attended by representatives of South African government institutions, the diplomatic corps, the press, think-tanks, academic, business and artistic circles, as well as Polish diaspora.

02.12.2023 PretoriaOn December 2, 2023, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria organized a screening of the Polish film "Kaytek the Wizard" at "The Labia Theater" cinema in Cape Town. Directed by Magdalena Łazarkiewicz, "Kaytek the Wizard" is a funny and magical film based on the novel by Janusz Korczak, an educator and teacher whose timeless work has raised several generations of Polish children.

The work of Eliza Orzeszkowa "Nad Niemnem" was selected as the reading of the campaign.

26.11.2023 PretoriaThe Polish Association of Siberians in South Africa, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria, the Holocaust & Genocide Centre in Johannesburg and the Sol Plaatje University organized on November 26, 2023 Historical Conference on heritage and connections between Poland and South Africa. It was the 10th edition of this event. The event was attended by residents of Johannesburg, representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria, and the Polish and Jewish diaspora.

22.11.2023 PretoriaThe Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Pretoria took part in the European Film Festival 2023 in Windhoek, Namibia. The festival was organized by the European Union Delegation in cooperation with the EU Member States: the embassies of Germany, Finland, France, Portugal, Spain, Poland and Italy (represented by the Italian Club). The event was attended by partners from Namibia: Ministry of Information and Communications Technology, Namibia Film Commission, Namibia Filmmakers Association and Jam Events (event organizer).
