30.04.2025A piano concert dedicated to the works of Polish composers Fryderyk Chopin, Wojciech Kilar and Karol Szymanowski was held at the Residence of the Polish Ambassador in Stockholm as part of Polands Presidency of the EU Council. The performer was Tymoteusz Bies, a pianist, composer and music producer, laureate of numerous competitions including the prestigious International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition.

17.04.2025The eighth HoMs meeting during the Polish Presidency of the EU was held at the Polish Embassy in Stockholm, with the special guest being Sweden's Minister for Migration, Johan Forssell. In his speech, the Minister discussed the main principles of the new migration policy of Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson's government, highlighting the paradigm shift and the need to restore public trust in migration control.

03.04.2025On 28 March, as part of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, a study visit in the EU Heads of Mission format took place in Stockholm. The purpose of the meeting was to familiarise participants with the innovative BECCS technology (Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage), which is designed to remove CO₂ from the atmosphere. The event was opened by Karolina Ostrzyniewska, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Republic of Poland in Stockholm, and Olle Burell, Chair of the Stockholm City Council.
