News 05.02.2026 The EEA and Norway Grants 4.0. START! A ceremony was held in Warsaw to sign agreements for the fourth edition of the Norwegian and European Economic Area (EEA) Funds programmes. Management of the 'Applied Research and Innovation' programme has been entrusted to the National Centre for Research and Development, which has become its Operator.
