1) Administratorem, w rozumieniu art. 4 pkt 7 RODO, Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Minister Spraw Zagranicznych, Al. J. Ch. Szucha 23, 00-580 Warszawa, natomiast wykonującym obowiązki administratora jest dyrektor Biura Rzecznika Prasowego MSZ.

2) W MSZ i na placówkach zagranicznych powołano Inspektora Ochrony Danych, dane kontaktowe IOD: Daniel Szczęsny, Al. J.Ch. Szucha 23, 00-580 Warszawa, adres e-mail: iod@msz.gov.pl.

3) Dane są przetwarzane na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO, tj. gdy przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na administratorze, w związku z ustawą z dnia 26 stycznia 1984 r. Prawo prasowe.

4) Przekazanie danych jest konieczne do uzyskania akredytacji prasowej na wydarzenie (współ-)organizowane przez MSZ.

5) Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia wydarzenia, na które prowadzona jest akredytacja. Po ustaniu celu przetwarzania, dane będą przetwarzane w celach archiwalnych, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 14 lipca 1983 r. o narodowym zasobie archiwalnym i archiwach (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 217) oraz wynikającymi z niej przepisami wewnętrznymi MSZ.

6) Dostęp do danych posiadają wyłącznie uprawnieni pracownicy MSZ. Dane mogą być udostępnione podmiotom trzecim, uprawnionym do tego na podstawie przepisów prawa. Dane nie będą przekazywane do państw trzecich ani do organizacji międzynarodowych.

7) W przypadku, gdy wydarzenie, na które Pani/Pan dokonuje akredytacji, będzie organizowane wspólnie z innym podmiotem („Współorganizatorem”), Pani/Pana dane będą przekazane temu Współorganizatorowi.

8) Dane mogą być przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany, dane nie będą poddawane profilowaniu.

9) Osobie, której dane dotyczą, przysługują prawa do kontroli przetwarzania danych, określone w art. 15-16 oraz art. 18-19 RODO, w  szczególności prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych, ich sprostowania lub ograniczenia przetwarzania.

10) W przypadku przetwarzania danych z naruszeniem przepisów o ochronie danych osobowych, osoba, której dane dotyczą, ma prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego na adres: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa

 

Information on the processing of personal data by the MFA in connection with media accreditation (the information below may be placed directly under the representation or “under” the link placed under the representation) 

The present information ensures compliance with the obligation laid down in Art. 12 and Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR.” 
 
1)     Within the meaning of Art. 4(7) of the GDPR, the controller of your personal data is the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Al. J. Ch. Szucha 23, 00-580 Warsaw, while the person that performs the duties of the controller is the Director of the MFA Press Office.

3)     The data are processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e. when processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation of the controller in connection with the Press Act of 26 January 1984. 

4)     The data have to be provided in order to obtain media accreditation for the event (co-)organised by the MFA.

5)     Your personal data will be processed until the end of the event for which the accreditation is issued. After cessation of the purpose of processing, the data will be processed for archival purposes pursuant to the Act on National Archival Resource and Archives of 14 July 1983 (Dz. U. of 2018, item 217) and the MFA internal regulations issued on its basis.

6)    Only authorised MFA employees will have access to the data. The data may be made available to third persons, who are authorised for this purpose by law. The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations. 

7)     In the case that the event for which you are being accredited will be organised jointly with another entity (the “Co-organiser”) your data will be provided to such Co-organiser.

8)     The data may be processed by automated means and will not be subject to profiling. 

9)     The data subject has the right to control the processing of data, as specified in Art. 15, Art. 16, Art. 18 and Art. 19 of the GDPR, specifically the right to access the contents of his/her data, to rectify them or to restrict their processing. 

10)  In the event that the data is processed in violation of the legislative provisions on the protection of persona data, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority at this address: President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul.
