Deputy General Director for Environmental Protection

Anna Ronikier - Dolańska, graduate of the Faculty of Biology and Earth Sciences, Jagiellonian University (M.Sc. in biology with a specialisation in environmental biology - 1992) and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Environmental Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology and the National School of Public Administration. Since 1993 actively involved in nature conservation, first in the Mazowieckie Voivodship and then in central administration. From 1999 to 2012 Provincial/Regional Nature Conservator in the Mazovian Voivodship Office/RDEP in Warsaw; from: 2013-16 at the General Directorate for Environmental Protection - Deputy and Director of the Departments: Nature Conservation and Nature Resources Management; in 2016-17 at PKP PLK S.A. - Project Director for the Framework Agreement; from 2018-2021 at AECOM Polska Sp. z o.o. - Chief Specialist and Head of the Environmental Impact Assessment Team and Lead Verifier for Impact Assessments; from 2021 to 2024 Senior Expert in the AIRPORT component at CPK Sp. z o.o. At the same time, since 2017, co-author of environmental documentation, in particular project information sheets, EIA reports, protection plans, expert reports with special focus on environmental issues, derogation applications, etc. Member of several terms in the past: State Council for Nature Conservation, Scientific Council of Kampinos National Park, Scientific and Social Councils of Promotional Forest Complexes. She has participated in the preparation for implementation of many projects taking into account environmental protection requirements at the stage of both environmental inventories and obtaining the so-called environmental decisions, renewed impact assessments, derogation decisions for: roads, railways, national defence investments, storage facilities, photovoltaic farms, airports, including those costing several million euros. She also has experience in environmental supervision.
