The Polish Code of Commercial Companies Reform now available in English
In response to the increased interest in the ongoing reform of the Polish Code of Commercial Companies amongst non-Polish speakers, the Ministry of State Assets has decided to translate the final draft of the proposed changes into English.
This has been done in order to facilitate foreign entrepreneurs and company-owners in familiarizing themselves with changes that will be introduced to the KSH in the first half of 2021.
As of today, the proposed reform is undergoing evaluation by several expert committees within the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland before being put to vote by the Polish Parliament on a later date.
