Konferencja pt. Profilaktyka i telemedycyna w ochronie zdrowia – Program „Zdrowie" to kolejna edycja wydarzeń w ramach funduszy norweskich w Polsce. Celem konferencji jest podnoszenie świadomości o działaniach realizowanych w Programie „Zdrowie", a także o jego dwóch projektach predefiniowanych: Ograniczanie społecznych nierówności w zdrowiu poprzez stosowanie rozwiązań telemedycyny i e-zdrowia oraz Zdrowy styl życia dzieci i młodzieży. Wspólnie z partnerami z Norwegii wymienimy się wiedzą, doświadczeniem oraz postaramy się wypracować rozwiązania znajdujące się w obszarze programowym, dotyczące zmniejszania nierówności w zdrowiu w Polsce i Norwegii.

Podczas konferencji omówione zostaną różne zagadnienia: od zmniejszania społecznych nierówności w zdrowiu poprzez realizację działań związanych z telemedycyną i polityką e-zdrowia, aż po tematy związane ze zdrowym stylem życia dzieci i młodzieży oraz środowiskowym modelem opieki psychiatrycznej. Porozmawiamy również o kształtowaniu postaw prozdrowotnych, które powinno rozpoczynać się już w dzieciństwie, ponieważ dzieci i młodzież najszybciej uczą się dobrych nawyków i szacunku do swojego zdrowia. Dotkniemy również  tematu używek wśród dzieci i młodzieży oraz wsparcia działań z zakresu ochrony zdrowia psychicznego.
 
Konferencja adresowana jest do decydentów z obszaru ochrony zdrowia  na szczeblu centralnym, regionalnym i lokalnym w Polsce, do przedstawicieli organizacji pozarządowych działających w sferze profilaktyki zdrowotnej i innych instytucji, do przedstawicieli instytucji samorządowych, przedstawicieli Darczyńców, Norweskich Partnerów w projektach predefiniowanych, specjalistów ze środowisk badawczych/akademickich i ochrony zdrowia w Polsce.

On 20 October 2021, at noon, a hybrid-formula (online/studio) conference will be held by the Minister of Health, who performs the function of an Operator and a Beneficiary of the pre-defined projects carried out as part of the “Health” Program financed through the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014–2021 and from the state budget.

The Prophylaxis and telemedicine in health care: the “Health” Program conference is an element of the next edition of events organized as part of the Norwegian Funds in Poland. The purpose of the conference is to boost the awareness of the activities carried out under the “Health” Program and about its two predefined projects: Limiting social inequalities in terms of health through telemedicine and e-health solutions and A healthy lifestyle for children and the youth. We will exchange knowledge and experience with the Norwegian partners and together, we will try and work out solutions to be used within the scope of the program and intended to reduce inequalities in terms of health in Poland and in Norway.

During the conference, various issues will be discussed: from reducing social inequalities in terms of health, through the implementation of actions related to telemedicine and the e-health policy, to issues related to a healthy lifestyle for children and the youth and the community psychiatric care model. We will also talk about shaping pro-health attitudes, which should start already in childhood since children and the youth are faster to learn good habits and how to respect their health. The issue of substance use by children and the youth and the support in terms of mental health protection will be touched upon, as well.

The conference is primarily addressed to the decision-makers in the area of health at the central, regional, and local level in Poland, the representatives of non-governmental organizations and other institutions active in the area of health prophylaxis, the representatives of local government agencies, the representatives of the Donors, the Norwegian Partners in predefined projects, and Polish research specialists, academics, and health care professionals.
