November 21, 2025 - Third meeting of the Advisory Board of the OECD NCP

On  November 21, 2025, the Advisory Board of the Polish OECD NCP met for the third time at the headquarters of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy. The Chair of the Board handed in the appointment to one new Member representing trade unions (National Commission of NSZZ Solidarność). May 6, 2025 – Second meeting of the Advisory Board of the OECD National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct

On May 6, 2025, the second meeting of the Advisory Board of the Polish OECD NCP was held at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy.

During the meeting, three new experts representing public administration (Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy and Ministry of Economic Development and Technology) and trade unions (National Commission of NSZZ 'Solidarność') were appointed to the Board.

October 4, 2024 – First Meeting of the Advisory Board of the OECD National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct

On October 4, 2024, the first meeting of the Advisory Board of the OECD National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy.

The Board includes experts representing public administration (the Ministry of State Assets, the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy and the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy), the business sector (the Polish Confederation Lewiatan), the academic community (Kozminski University), trade unions (the All-Poland Alliance of Trade Unions), civil society organizations (the Polish Institute for Human Rights and Business), environmental NGOs (the Frank Bold Foundation) and academia (Kozminski University).

Main responsibilities of the Advisory Board

Members of the Board will provide the OECD National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct, operating within the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy structure, consultative and advisory support on responsible business conduct (RBC) standards.

The OECD NCP will also be able to consult with the Board on issues concerning the proceedings based on notifications of alleged breaches of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.
