Honorary patronage

The Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector’s honorary patronage or the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector’s participation in a honorary committee is a distinction that highlights the special nature of undertakings which are associated with the tasks and competence of the State Pharmaceutical Inspection.
When the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector takes honorary patronage of an undertaking or participates in the honorary committee of an undertaking, it does not mean that the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector provides financial or organisational support.

Benefits
The Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector’s patronage can raise the standing and range of your event. You will be able to use the logo of the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate in the promotional materials.

Who can file an application?
Every person who organises an event of international, nationwide, and supraregional range, standing, and importance can apply for honorary patronage. In order for an event to receive the patronage, it should:

  • have special character and standing;
  • relate to the tasks of the State Pharmaceutical Inspection.

When to file an application?
You should submit an application with a set of documents no later than 2 months before starting the undertaking. If you file your application too late, we might not examine it.

What to do step by step?

  1. Go to the website and download the application template.
  2. Fill in the application template and send it to the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.
  3. Enclose the attachments specified in the application (a detailed programme, an extract from the National Court Register [KRS] or a different document confirming the legal status of the organiser and indicating persons authorised to represent it, a regulation and schedule signed by authorised persons, information on the source of financing and sponsors).
  4. Your application will be assessed, while the final decision whether honorary patronage will be taken or not is made by the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.
  5. The decision is discretionary. If you receive honorary patronage, remember to place the relevant information and the logo of the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate in the promotional materials.
  6. Send an event report within 30 days of its completion.

How to submit the application?
You can submit the application for honorary patronage in three ways:

  • send it in writing to the address of the office;
  • submit it in person at the mailroom of the office;
  • electronically via the ePUAP inbox.

How long will you wait?
You will be notified of the decision within 30 days of submitting the application. The office can ask you to provide further information or explanations. You have 7 days to do that. In such a situation, the waiting period may be longer.
