Illicit drugs - how to avoid them?
When you go on a trip abroad, REMEMBER!
You can become a drug smuggler if:
- you are too trusting towards strangers;
- you leave your luggage unattended;
- you show naivety or lack of experience.
Follow the good advice:
- Do not accept any packages from strangers to cross the border with;
- Use the principle of limited trust before you agree to deliver any packages, medicines, presents abroad;
- Secure your luggage so that it cannot be accessed easily – if it is possible, have your luggage wrapped in film at the airport;
- If possible, do not leave your luggage unattended; pay particular attention to it during the border control so that it is not replaced by someone on purpose;
- Every non-typical proposition of a favour or disturbing situation related to your luggage must be reported to competent services;
- Be suspicious of anyone offering you an unusually cheap trip abroad.
