Transport of medicines for one's own use
Persons wanting to transport their medicines should have a medical certificate confirming that they need to use the medicines. Based on the applicable regulations, it is possible to bring no more than 5 packages of a medicinal product for one’s own use to Poland, provided that the medicines does not contain any narcotic or psychotropic substances. Reselling a medicine brought from abroad for one’s own use is prohibited – such practices are punishable.
If medicines are taken on board of a plane, it is best to have a medical certificate with you, which should clearly specify that you have to have such medicinal products on you.
